CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 15-minute grace period after the start time of the appointment. After that, a no-show/same day cancelation fee of 60% of the service will be charged to the card on file, or an invoice will be sent to the email on file. Payment is due by the end of business day. Should you need to change your appointment, it must be changed 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any notice after 48 hours will be subjected to the 60% no-show/cancellation policy. Any client who cancels the same appointment more than two times will be charged a rescheduling fee for their appointment. I require all clients to come prepared for their appointment: clean scalp and hair, detangled and dry. Clients who arrive at their appointment in unsanitary conditions will be required to pay full price, and the service will be canceled. Clients who require a shampoo before a chemical service will be subjected to my shampoo and blow dry charge at an additional cost. If you are late to your appointment and I can still service you after the 15-minute grace period, there will be a late fee. I will have to approve you to still come after the 15-minute window.
